Inside Mount (Fitting within the Window Frame)
Width:
1. Measure the exact width of the inside of your window frame at three points: top, middle, and bottom.
2. Use the smallest width measurement.
3. Subtract 0.4 inches from this measurement to ensure a proper fit.
*Example: If the window width is 36 inches, order a width of 35.6 inches.

Height:
1. Measure the height from the top inside edge of the frame to the bottom inside edge.
2. The shade should be suitable for windows shorter than 72 inches.

Depth:
1. Ensure your window frame depth is at least 3 inches to allow for proper installation.

Outside Mount (Fitting Over the Window Frame)
Width:
1. Measure the width of the window, including the frame or trim, if present.
2. Add 4 inches to this measurement for better coverage and light control.
*Example: If the window width is 36 inches, order a width of 40 inches.

Height:
1. Measure the height from where you want the shade to start (above the window) to the desired end point below the window.
2. The shade should be suitable for windows shorter than 72 inches.

*Note for Blackout Shades: For complete blackout, an outside mount is recommended.

Reminder: Always use a steel tape measure for the most accurate measurements and record them to the nearest 1/8 inch. Double-check your measurements before placing an order.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date.

If the problem is with the quality of our product or any problem caused during the manufacturing process in our factory, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you need to return the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at: hello@grandekorshop.com, and attacth photo/video proofs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund
We will inspect the product once we receive your returned package. We will process the order refund within 3-5 business days of the package being marked as delivered.
