Ordering
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Do you charge tax on orders?
Tax will be included in your order price.
In rare cases, your order may incur custom fees levied by your country. These fees are your responsibility, and unfortunately, we have no control over the policies of your or any other country's custom agency. For more information on potential custom fees and duties, please contact your local custom office.
How can I reconfirm my order information?
We will send you an order confirmation email right after your order is placed. We will proceed production if we don't receive your change request in 24 hours.
Can I change my order after I have completed it?
All of our motorized shades are customized, so we can only accept order change within 24h after the order is placed. Please send an email to hello@grandekorshop.com.
To make any changes to product information before shipment for non-customized items, please contact us at hello@grandekorshop.com.
Can I cancel my order?
If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel the order for you before it made or ship. We will refund your money in full. For orders which is custom made, orders cannot be canceled if production has already started.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email within 1-2 business days. You can then check the shipping information here with the tracking number provided.

What is the shipping cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping. If you have any questions about shipping costs or taxes for your specific country, please contact us at hello@grandekorshop.com.
How long can I receive my order?
Order Processing Time
Once you purchase, we will immediately customize your shades to order so that your shades can be delivered as quickly as possible. Production and packaging may take 1-7 business days. Our warehouse is only open during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Time
We offer free shipping to the US and worldwide by UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. Please check the shipping costs for other countries when checkout. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items typically take 3 to 14 business days to reach their destination.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time = (Processing time varies depending on the item you are purchasing.)

Our motorized blinds or shades installation process is quite simple.

Step 3. Directly operate with the pre-programmed remote, or connect Tuya app for automation and voice commands if you’ve purchased the smart control options.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds and/or exchanges?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. Grandekor does not permit the return for refund or exchange of configure-to-order, personalized, or other customized products under any circumstances unless the product arrives defected.
If your package or product is damaged when you receive it, please take photos of the damage and send them to our customer service team: hello@grandekorshop.com. We will help you resolve the issue.
If the product is returnable and you send it back to Grandekor unopened in its original packaging, Grandekor will issue an exchange or refund to your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Grandekor warehouse within 15 days after we agree your return (you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product in transit), in original, unmarked packaging, including any accompanying accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration.
Return Fee
- If the problem is with the quality of our product or any problem caused during the manufacturing process in our factory, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If you need to return the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at: hello@grandekorshop.com, and attacth photo/video proofs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Warranty & Guarantee
Is there any warranty?
We provide a two-year warranty on motors, remotes and a long-term complimentary technical support. To extend your warranty coverage, you can purchase our "Extended Warranty" in the products’ custom option.
What should I do if something is missing or broken?
Please contact us and provide photo/video proofs. Kindly review our return policy for what we offer to help make things right.
What should I do if I made a mistake with my order?
A replacement with correct color or dimension will be offered at an extra charge according to your order changes. We strongly recommend double checking the order confirmation email right after your order is placed. We will proceed production if we don't receive your change request in 24 hours.
How can I file a warranty claim?
Simply send an email to hello@grandekorshop.com to specify the issue. We will get back to you within 3 business days.
About Smart Control
How are the motorized shades operated?
Our motorized shades can be operated with a remote, Tuya app, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant. You can set up automation on Tuya app to schedule the ups and downs for your daily needs.
What is the difference between 1-channel remote and 15-channel remote?
Use 1-channel remote to control a single shade. Use 15-channel remote to control multiple shades at the same time. Remote is already programmed to the shade. Once installed, your shade is ready to use.
What is the difference between the USB-transponder and the Wifi-bridge for smart controls?
With the wireless transponder or bridge, you can control the shade via your phone, Alexa or Google Assistant. The bridge will have more personalized settings than the transponder. The transponder needs to be plugged into a USB port.
About Our Products
How do these mount to the frame?
Our window blinds mount on top. You can screw them on window frame by the brackets.
Can I cut the width of the shades?
No. The shade is not available to cut. Please kindly choose the proper size.
Is mounting hardware included in my order?
Yes, all the mounting hardware will be included in your shipment. If there is anything missing or broken, you could email us for re-shipment.
Are your blinds of the same quality as other name brands?
Yes, we know custom window coverings are pricey, especially those motorized and smart blinds. Grandekor is always committed to affordability without compromising on quality. Our custom window coverings are of equal or better quality than the 'off-the-shelf' mass producers.
What is the dimension of the cassette the shade rolls up into?
About 1.5’’ deep and 2.8’’ high, and the depth of the brackets is about 2’’.
Does the street -side color coordinate with the inside color?
Unfortunately not. For cellular shades, if you choose a certain color, the other side will all be white, but both sides are available to be mounted inside. For roller shades, the color of the back is sliver, because there is a silver coating on the fabric to efficiently prevent the sunlight and UV.
