No-Drill Install:
1. Check Window Depth: Your window depth must be at least 1.42" for proper no-drill installation.
2. Measure Window Width: Measure the inside width of your window and subtract 0.5" to get the correct ordered blind width.
3. Measure Window Height: Use the exact inside height of your window for the blind height.

Drill Install:
Inside Mount (Installed Within the Window Frame)
Width:
1. Measure the width of the inside of the window frame at three points: top, middle, and bottom.
2. Use the narrowest measurement.
3. Subtract 0.5" from this width for the order width.

Height:
1. Measure the height from the top inside edge to the bottom inside edge of the frame.

Depth:
1. Ensure the window frame depth is at least 1.42 inches to install an inside mount. If less, consider an outside mount.

Outside Mount (Installed Over the Window Frame)
Width:
1. Measure the total width of the window, including the frame or trim if present.
2. Add 2-4 inches to this measurement for better light control and coverage.
*Example: If the window width is 36 inches, your order width is 38~40 inches.

Height:
1. Measure the total height from the desired top edge (above the window) to the bottom edge (below the window).
2. Add 4 inches to this height.
*Example: If the window height is 50 inches, your order height is 54 inches.

Packaging may takes about 1-3 business days.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items typically take 3 to 7 business days to reach their destination.

Return
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date.

If the problem is with the quality of our product or any problem caused during the manufacturing process in our factory, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you need to return the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at: hello@grandekorshop.com, and attacth photo/video proofs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund
We will inspect the product once we receive your returned package. We will process the order refund within 3-5 business days of the package being marked as delivered.
