Step 1: Measure the Width of the Arch
Use a measuring tape to measure the width of the window at its widest point (the bottom of the arch from left to right).
This is the most important measurement, as the shade will be designed to fit this width.
Write down this measurement in inches or centimeters.

Step 2: Measure the Height of the Arch
Find the center point of the arch’s bottom edge and measure vertically from this point to the highest point of the arch (the top center of the window).
This measurement will determine how tall the arch shade needs to be.

Step 3: Confirm the Shape of Your Arch
Most arch windows are a perfect half-circle, meaning the height should be approximately half of the width.
If the height is significantly shorter than half the width, your window may be an elongated arch rather than a perfect half-circle.
Some arch shades are designed specifically for elongated arches, so be sure to check compatibility.

Step 4: Double-Check Measurements
Always measure twice to ensure accuracy.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date.

If the problem is with the quality of our product or any problem caused during the manufacturing process in our factory, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you need to return the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund
We will inspect the product once we receive your returned package. We will process the order refund within 3-5 business days of the package being marked as delivered.
