Inside Mount (Installed Inside the Window Frame)
Width:
1. Measure the width of the window at three points: top, middle, and bottom.
2. Use the narrowest width.
3. Subtract 0.2 inches from this measurement to get the order width.
*Example: If the narrowest width is 36 inches, your order width is 35.8 inches.

Height:
1. Measure the height from the top to the bottom inside edge of the window frame.

Depth:
1. Ensure your window frame depth is at least 2.7 inches. If less than this, inside mounting is not recommended.

Outside Mount (Installed Over the Window Frame)
Width:
1. Measure the total width of the window, including the frame or trim.
2. Add 4 inches to this width for complete coverage.
*Example: If the window width is 36 inches, your order width is 40 inches.

Height:
1. Measure the total height from where you want the shade to start above the window to where you want it to end below.
2. Add 4 inches to this height for better light blockage and fit.
*Example: If the window height is 50 inches, your order height is 54 inches.

Additional Notes:
1. Depth Requirement: If the window depth is less than 2.7 inches, inside mounting is not possible.
2. Do Not Measure Fabric Size: Only measure the window dimensions as described above, not the fabric itself.
3. Reminder: Always use a metal tape measure for accuracy and double-check your measurements before placing an order.

Packaging may takes about 1-3 business days.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items typically take 3 to 7 business days to reach their destination.

Return
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date.

If the problem is with the quality of our product or any problem caused during the manufacturing process in our factory, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you need to return the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at: hello@grandekorshop.com, and attacth photo/video proofs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund
We will inspect the product once we receive your returned package. We will process the order refund within 3-5 business days of the package being marked as delivered.
