MOISTURE RESISTANT & DURABLE:The shell of the faux wood blind is made of metal, and the 2-inch wide blades are made of vinyl compounds that can withstand high humidity areas, easy to wipe clean, and will not warp, crack, stain, peel or fade. Provide a warm wooden appearance while offering flexibility for installation in high humidity areas (kitchen, bathroom, daycare, and garage).

INSIDE & OUTSIDE MOUNTING:
For inside mount, the blind width needs to be at least 0.5 inches less than the window width, and please ensure that the depth of the window is at least 2.3 inches(the width of the blind box is 2.2 inches to ensure that the curtain box is fully embedded in the window for better decorative effect).
For outside mount, the width and height of the faux wood blind for window need to be at least 4 inches wider than the window width to avoid gaps that may cause light leakage.

Notice: Motorized shades’ production delay due to Chinese National Holiday

Please be advised that due to the upcoming Chinese National Holiday, our motorized shades factory will be closed from September 26th to October 9th.

As a result, all custom motorized shades orders placed between September 26th and October 9th will begin production on October 10th. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the production.

For orders of other products, our normal production and shipping schedules will remain unaffected.

Order Processing Time

Once you purchase, we will immediately customize your shades to order so that your shades can be delivered as quickly as possible. Production and packaging may take 1-7 business days. Our warehouse is only open during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

We offer free shipping to the US and worldwide by UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. Please check the shipping costs for other countries when checkout. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items typically take 3 to 14 business days to reach their destination.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time = (Processing time varies depending on the item you are purchasing.)

Shipping Confirmation

Cancellation Of Orders

If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel the order for you. We will refund your money in full. But since all orders are custom made, orders cannot be canceled if production has already started.

About Taxes

Tax included on your order. In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your government and not by our website, and these fees will be your responsibility. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities of your country or any other country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Unreceived Items

If you have successfully placed an order, but have not received it when the tracking status shows it has been delivered. You will need to contact the carrier to locate your package, as we have no control over the item once it is bagged (once it is under the carrier's control), but if the problem persists, please contact us athello@grandekorshop.com

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. Grandekor does not permit the return for refund or exchange of configure-to-order, personalized, or other customized products under any circumstances unless the product arrives defected.

If your package or product is damaged when you receive it, please take photos of the damage and send them to our customer service team: hello@grandekorshop.com. We will help you resolve the issue.

If the product is returnable and you send it back to Grandekor unopened in its original packaging, Grandekor will issue an exchange or refund to your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Grandekor warehouse within 15 days after we agree your return (you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product in transit), in original, unmarked packaging, including any accompanying accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration.

Return Fee

  • If the problem is with the quality of our product or any problem caused during the manufacturing process in our factory, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If you need to return the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at: hello@grandekorshop.com, and attacth photo/video proofs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund

We will inspect the product once we receive your returned package. We will process the order refund within 3-5 business days of the package being marked as delivered.
