Measure instruction for inside mount

Inside-mounted roller shades fit inside the window casing.

Measuring the width: The width measurement is taken from the inside edge of the window frame at the top. Always measure to the nearest ⅛’’, and be sure to use a steel measuring tape. Your order width=Your window width-¼’’.

Measuring the depth: Your window needs to be deep enough for an inside mount. For shades width narrower than 47’’, the minimum depth is 1 ⅞’’. For shades wider than 47’’ (include 47’’), the minimum depth is 2 ⅞’’.

Measuring the height: The height measurement is taken from the window frame in three places, top left, center, and top right down to the sill. Record the tallest height up to the nearest ⅛’’. This will be the height you order.

*Please note: The fabric width will be slightly narrower than the headrail width (roughly a ½’’ gap on each side). The gap is required in order for the shades to operate properly. Most customers are OK with this, but if you want to block more light and have more privacy, consider an outside mount with extra width.

Measure instruction for outside mount

Outside-mounted roller shades hang above the window, or on the wall surrounding the window.

Measuring the width: Take the measurement at the top of the window frame. You’ll use that measurement and add the recommended 4 to 6 inches. This will ensure the window is properly covered. For more light coverage and privacy, add even more to the measurement.

Measuring the height: Take it from three locations, left, center, and right. You’ll use the tallest height and add the recommended 4 to 6 inches. This will ensure the window is properly covered.

Order Processing Time

Once you purchase, we will immediately customize your shades to order so that your shades can be delivered as quickly as possible. Production and packaging may take 1-7 business days. Our warehouse is only open during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

We offer free shipping to the US and worldwide by UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. Please check the shipping costs for other countries when checkout. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items typically take 3 to 14 business days to reach their destination.

Cancellation Of Orders

If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel the order for you. We will refund your money in full. But since all orders are custom made, orders cannot be canceled if production has already started.

Tax included on your order. In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your government and not by our website, and these fees will be your responsibility. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities of your country or any other country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Unreceived Items

If you have successfully placed an order, but have not received it when the tracking status shows it has been delivered. You will need to contact the carrier to locate your package, as we have no control over the item once it is bagged (once it is under the carrier's control), but if the problem persists, please contact us athello@grandekorshop.com

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. Grandekor does not permit the return for refund or exchange of configure-to-order, personalized, or other customized products under any circumstances unless the product arrives defected.

If your package or product is damaged when you receive it, please take photos of the damage and send them to our customer service team: hello@grandekorshop.com. We will help you resolve the issue.

If the product is returnable and you send it back to Grandekor unopened in its original packaging, Grandekor will issue an exchange or refund to your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Grandekor warehouse within 15 days after we agree your return (you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product in transit), in original, unmarked packaging, including any accompanying accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration.

Return Fee

  • If the problem is with the quality of our product or any problem caused during the manufacturing process in our factory, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If you need to return the product for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at: hello@grandekorshop.com, and attacth photo/video proofs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund

We will inspect the product once we receive your returned package. We will process the order refund within 3-5 business days of the package being marked as delivered.

Wonderful

I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. These blinds have completely transformed my home, adding a level of convenience and style that I never thought possible.
The motorized operation is incredibly smooth and quiet, and the included remote control makes it incredibly easy to adjust the blinds to the perfect level of light. The blinds are also compatible with Alexa, which means I can control them using my voice, making it even more convenient.
Blind sblocks out almost all light, making it the perfect solution for anyone who needs to sleep during the day or wants a completely dark room for movies or gaming.

Good to have great customer support

We had a problem with delivery, as our blinds were sent to the wrong customer and we had theirs. support was excellent and within a week we shipped to correct address, the seller picked up the shipping.

Light blockers!

The material isn’t paper thin and I love how the blind smoothly glides up. Yes, it does let in some of the sunlight on the sides.. but I think that is normal for most blinds that are mounted on the inside. Maybe if you were to mount the blinds on the outside and order a larger size than your window it might let in less light, if any at all, but it all probably depends on where you’re planning on placing them. For my window, the outside mount wouldn’t have looked too good so I decided that I’d mount the blind on the inside with the exact width measurement of my window.

Wonderful Customer Service!

I think I measured my window carefully as directed, but the blinds they sent were too narrow by almost an inch. I contact them and they were good about sending me another perfect set a few weeks later!

Not a good fit

Not a good fit, I think I ordered the correct size. But, the biggest issue is that they roll up very very slow. Anyone else have this problem? Maybe someone knows how to fix that.
